The Nine at Lexington Station

The Nine at Lexington Station commenced construction in fall 2022. The site is located at the corner of University Ave and Lexington Parkway in the Midway neighborhood between Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Half of the building's units will be affordable at 60% of the area median income. The building will feature 281 parking stalls, ground floor retail space, work from home suites, indoor entertainment lounges, entertainment deck with a pool, and more.

Embracing its historical past, "The Nine" pays tribute to the nine railways that once traversed nearby. Today the area remains a bustling transportation area serving as a vital pathway for Twin Cities commutes. The building itself is located just blocks from the Lexington Station Green Line Light Rail Stop, providing convenience and connectivity.

The Nine's mission is to provide urban housing that accommodates a diverse spectrum of residents and elevates the standard of living for all, fostering a sense of belonging, dignity, and stability within our community.
