325 Blake Road Master Development
Development of 13 acres adjacent to Minnehaha Creek and Cedar Lake Regional Trail.
The City of Hopkins selected Alatus as the developer for this multi-building project on Blake Road. The completed project will feature five buildings, over 800 housing units, and ample green space. Well located, the site sits adjacent to the Minnehaha Creek, the Cedar Lake Regional Trail, and a future SW-LRT line stop. The city of Hopkins also provides unparalleled access to key metro area employment nodes and the city’s historic and vibrant downtown.
Alatus is working closely with the city and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed to execute on this project The Watershed District has plans to extend the creek, creating several retention ponds, which will provide water amenities to the public, such as kayaking, paddle boarding, and a skating rink in the winter months.
Development will be completed in multiple phases; Chorus Apartments construction currently underway and will finish December.
