Sherie joined Alatus in April 2023.

As a Project Engineer, Sherie’s involved with everything from the initial bid process to project closeout and involves overseeing the submittal process, RFI’s, and ensuring the right information gets into the right hands.  She works side by side with project managers on budgeting, procurement, change management, and contract compliance.  Her current project is the Nine at Lexington Station.

Sherie has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  Shortly after college, she accepted a position with a commercial contractor in Iowa.  She moved to several administrative positions, before settling in as a project coordinator/accountant at Neumann Brothers in Des Moines, IA.  She spent 15 years there working on countless remodels, historical renovations, and new construction projects including The Science Center of Iowa, Flix Brewhouse, Bridgestone, and EMC Insurance Companies.  

After moving to the Twin Cities in 2017, Sherie joined Anderson Companies and worked on several senior living facilities including Norris Square in Cottage Grove, Lexington Landing in St. Paul, and Benedictine Senior Living of Shakopee.  Her focus then switched to multi-family housing including The Mezz and The Gateway at West Lake Quarter, and The Exhange in New Brighton.
