Barrett joined Alatus in 2017.

As Director of Development, he oversees the development team to ensure all tasks aree xecuted upon and goals of all project stakeholders are being met. Barrett stresses an unwavering attention to detail, which is a key factor in Alatus’ ongoing success.

Prior to joining Alatus, Barrett was an Associate within Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Hospitality Capital Markets Group, where he specialized in underwriting real estate projects and managing commercial real estate transactions.

He is a graduate of the University of Denver with degrees in Finance (Daniels College of Business) and Hospitality Management (Fritz-Knoebel School for Hospitality Management).
