HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Kirsten started her career at The Emmerich Group as their Operations Manager. She managed all bookkeeping, HR and operational functions there. In addition she spent some time consulting their professional banking clients.
Kirsten started at Alatus in 2008 as their Office Coordinator, assisting in getting the business operational in its early stages. In 2010 became the Operations Manager for MyHomeSource and was responsible for creating the processes and systems that pushed the division forward. In 2012 she transitioned to an HR Administrator role. She currently manages all Human Resource functions for Alatus.
In 2014 she received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. She has her Bachelors degree from the College of St. Catherine, and MBA from Saint Mary’s University.
