David Froze joined Alatus in November 2022.

In his role, David oversees all accounting and finance functions for Alatus and its affiliates, including corporate & joint venture accounting, financial reporting, tax strategy, budgeting & forecasting, and treasury.

Prior to Alatus, David served as the Financial Controller for Yellow Tree Development, a vertically integrated real estate company specializing in multi-family development, construction, and management, where he played an integral role in establishing the financial and operational framework necessary sustain sevenfold revenue growth during his four-year tenure with the company. Prior to Yellow Tree, David held positions with Whitebox Advisors LLC, a multi-strategy alternative asset manager, and Boulay PLLP, an accounting and consulting firm, where he led attestation engagements for clients across a multitude of industries.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from Minnesota State University. He isa licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Minnesota.
